What is the free roof check?
A roofer from our Winter Haven office inspects the roof surface, flashing and penetrations, drainage and, when accessible, the attic. You get photos and a written report with practical recommendations. The check is free, and there is no obligation to proceed.
Do I have to be a veteran to book one?
No. The free roof check is open to every homeowner in our service area. Veterans Day is our reason to remind Polk County neighbors to have a roofer take a look before the holidays.
Will you tell me I need a new roof?
Only if it is true. Most problems are flashing, pipe boots or underlayment, and a repair is often enough. When a roof really is at the end of its life, we will say so and explain the options.
